3 medium pears (ripe)
nonstick aluminum foil
4 medium fresh figs
8 oz Deli French Brie Cheese
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 cup arugula leaves
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice pears into 1/4-inch-thick circles, then in half. Arrange pears on foil-lined baking sheet. Remove stems from figs, then slice.
- Cut Brie into 1/4-inch-thick slices, about 2 inches long. Top pears with cheese and fig slices; bake 3-4 minutes or until Brie has melted slightly.
- Whisk honey and black pepper. Arrange pear crostini on platter; top each with an arugula leaf and drizzle with peppered honey.

Broil: Toast thick slice of bread; brush with butter and maple syrup. Top with 2 slices of Brie; place under broiler to melt.
